SHIPPING:  We ship UPS throughout the contiguous 48 states, with core returns picked up on a Call Tag issued 7-14 days after the core is shipped. 

Please understand that if I ship a cooling unit to you I must receive your old cooling unit back. It is your responsibility to let me know when the old unit is boxed and ready to ship. 

The core return is very simple: I send you a re-manufactured cooling unit in a ups approved box with special inserts to protect the cooling unit from being damaged. Once you have changed your cooling units all you have to do is place the old cooling unit in the box the new one came in and notify me it is ready for pick-up.

AMMONIA SMELL OR LEAKING CORE RETURNS: If a core smells of ammonia or is leaking fluids, UPS will refuse shipment or will drop it off en route.  If you have a core that is leaking or smells of ammonia, please contact RVCOOL- RV Refrigeration  for suggestions packaging to enable UPS shipment. 

CORE CHARGES: A charge of $100 will be invoiced only if you fail to return your old cooling unit to RVCOOL.  You must notify RVCOOL when you have the cooling units changed and the old one is boxed so we can issue a call tag and have it picked up. If I do not receive a core from you I will bill you $100 and void the warranty on the cooling unit you just purchased.
